I am an African American woman who hired Attorney Arnold J. Lizana to assist me with addressing racial discrimination in my workplace. When I explained my situation, he validated my concerns and empathized with what I was going through. Hello, I am glad to have hired Attorney Arnold J. Lizana to address the bias and unfair treatment that came with my being pregnant and my being a minority as well in the work place. My job was trying to get me to sign papers I should have not signed which is what pushed me to hire him. As a pregnant woman I was not sure what my rights exactly were, and he made them clear.
