Only three words to describe Mr. Andrew Imperial: Unprofessional Unreliable Untrustworthy You would think a bare minimum you can rely on those that took the oath to uphold the Constitution, maintain client confidentiality, avoid false or frivolous suits, and conduct themselves with integrity, fairness, and civility. It is unfortunate that Mr. Imperial may have forgotten what it means to have integrity and uphold fairness. It is with great disappointment that I am writing this review regarding Andrew Imperiale. To date Mr. Imperiale has been a non-responsive , unethical, and overall an unconcerned attorney regarding my incarcerated brother's case. Mr. Imperiale was assigned by the New Jersey Public defender's office to handle legal proceedings on behalf of my brother on April 6, 2026. I am extremely disappointed with my experience involving attorney Andrew Imperial after he was assigned to my brother’s criminal case through the Public Defender’s Office in April 2026. For weeks, there was little to no communication regarding the case (zero communication with my brother). Mr. Imperial failed to follow through on two separate meetings he agreed to attend with my brother, leaving him uninformed and unprepared during a very serious, ongoing legal situation.
