I would give him zero if there is any chance. I paid him full to Andrew 2016 for U Visa Case since then every time I call office only person i can reach is a receptionist girl takes notes and says we ll call you back. Literally by 2023 I waited to hear from them. I am being told to not call if there is any updated from USCIS we will reach you out.
