Beyond rude. I called to inquire about a serious legal matter and being anxious I over explained. His response was "are you done? Can I talk now?" And proceeded to tell me how I should wait to hire an attorney until the DA contacts me EVEN tho there's an investigation and now is the time to have an attorney.
