This lawyer will do nothing for you, talk really unprofessionally to you then send you a bill after doing nothing for you. He writes contracts that benefit the real estate agents he works closely with and the investors. When you ask questions he brushes them aside. I asked for help with gaining power of attorney for my father, his response was"its too hard, everything is fine the way it is."
