Four years ago I paid for a simple QDRO to be filed in Queens. Years later and still no word on it's approval, every time I called it was with the judge, or with the "Pension Section" which is definitely not the case when I asked them about it. Stay away, I practically never give one star reviews, but I flushed money down the toilet on something a decent lawyer would have likely completed in well less than a year (like my divorce with another lawyer in Queens. I should have went to them).

Watch out this is the first law office who will change their words after paying them and will be against you when your the victim on the case and not try to even defend you in court Cesars simply told me good luck convincing the judge when at the beginning he said that’s an easy case till I paid him I went to this law office and Paid them for a service they never filed properly. And it took them 8 months to get a court date and when you call them to check up they will speak with you with no manners, they will take your money... read more
