After thorough online review then interviewing a few attorneys by phone I quickly felt Aaron was the best man for the job. I'd like to stress this - Don't waste your time looking for a better option. I got a DUI last year and I didn't know where to begin looking for a good DUI attorney. Attorney Aaron Bortel was recommended to me by a friend who used him for his DUI so I went ahead and met with him. Hands down, the best decision I made through this whole ordeal. Attorney Bortel is incredibly professional, one of the sharpest attorneys I have ever met and fought hard in my case. I would hire him again and again if I needed a DUI attorney again.
Unfortunately, I found myself in a bad situation with a DUI arrest. Luckily, I was able to find and hire the best DUI attorney in Marin County. Attorney Aaron Bortel had the perfect combination of empathetic, bed-side manner of any attorney I have ever had to work with, while at the same time he still delivered the hard facts and information I needed to hear. I don't wish a DUI in Marin Co. on anyone but if you do end up arrested with a charge, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Marin County.
Attorney Bortel is the best DUI attorney in the Bay area and Marin County. He understand DUI diversion in Marin County inside and out. Anyone who is facing a DUI needs to hire him right away. He handles everything from the point of arrest, to the driver's license revocation hearing and fights for a fair outcome in every DUI case.
I hired Aaron when I was arrested for a DUI. I called him the morning I got out of jail and he was nothing but kind and understanding.
