We were on hold for 40 minutes out of pure spite and once they picked up, they proceeded to ask us about details which they could have done before the 40 minutes instead of wasting our time. She then continued to be rude throughout the whole interaction and we would never recommend this law office. I'm not sure who gave her her license but they should have it revoked.
