Had to pick one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Hired them for home purchase. My experience was horrible. I reached out and handed all docs a month ago to have a smooth closure. Despite of my effort, the lawyer office kept me in the dark until the last minute. Did not disclose what the closing cost (even approximate value) would be. would give him negative 5 stars ! if you are new in this country and trying to buy house. never even think to hire this firm with his supportive mortgage advisor ( don’t want to reveal teams name!) whole team is shameless. they keep you in dark and will ruin your life and play with your life saving money.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lawyer Yatin Patel and his assistant Mausmee in the process of buying my first home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided excellent service and were reasonably priced, making my home buying process much smoother and stress-free. Their fees were also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service they provided. I felt that I received excellent value for the price I paid.
