Truly terrible, unprofessional, botched-up service which essentially ruined your entire filing plan and showed no sympathy to its denied client whatsoever. To be sure, at least for it’s EB2 PERM category, case and subsequent audit wasn’t even prepared or even reviewed by the attorney. Case was denied due to a simple error the ASSISTANT has made, which the client even initially offered to help and was told not needed!
