I took my mom for an appointment, she was in the process of getting her green card, and immigration requested an RFE. Long story short the lawyer was rude and told her that her case had no hope without even understanding or researching. Three months later we provided detail evidence to immigration and her green card was APPROVED, and my mom will be eligible to apply for citizenship next year. DON’T BELIEVE THIS LAWYER WHEN HE LOOKS AT YOUR CASE NEGATIVELY. HE WAS WRONG!!! There are smarter lawyers around. 😀
