Just emailed contracts with no explanations to be signed. If we asked questions he would charge us even more . I live out of state from the property that was being sold and he didn't let us know the closing date which I wanted to be present for until a week and a half before closing, Total ended up be aproximately $1000 more than estimate for his service. Also made snide remarks which I thought were very unprofessional.
