*Update* February 26, 2025 - The Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission sent me a letter saying they are doing a preliminary inquiry on Bill. But still no reprimand! They keep opening my complaint though I sent Bill a Cease and Desist in regard to his “???” Email to me after I left this review & it’s on FIRE! Please educate on contested elections in Maryland. Attorneys like Bill “pay to play” by donating to judicial appointments by the Governor who are endorsed by MSBA. That way attorneys like Bill have negotiating power in ... read more
Mr. Cooke is not only an excellent attorney, he is beyond engaged and empathetic to his client’s journey, he communicates clearly and in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that things worked out perfectly! Would definitely recommend!

I am at fault here for not giving my attorney, William Cooke, the review he has been deserving. I can think of no other lawyer who was as honest and straightforward as Mr. Cooke. His fees are more than reasonable, and the results I have had with him were nothing but awesome. He made me feel comfortable at a time in need; where I was very uncomfortable and discontent.
