I am definitely not a "fan" of Mr. Zukowski because of a comment that was made during a real estate purchase agreement meeting in 2014, which concluded this week. I didn't appreciate the fact that he was representing a sale of a property that ultimately resulted in a lawsuit and him also representing the neighboring property owners, which he was not able to ultimately represent due to a conflict of interest.
