Dowell has no honor or integrity. My FIL gave hime $3500 and he did $500 worth of work with no refund. He cut the legs out from his own client to do the defendant/defendant’s attorney a favor.
I DONT KNOW WHAT EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT I Knew this man my whole life in from my father to my friends to my boyfriend he’s done an excellent job and he is very well-known so to the ones that are leaving these negative comments I think you’re just Mad because it didn’t go in your favor

His rep and ego are all he has. He gave me the worse advice in a dui case you can give a client and screwed me royally by giving me such horibble advice. tHis lawyer is cocky and for no reason. i used him 20 yaers ago and stupidly used him recently fotr a dui thinking he's teh most connected. He does nothing and tries to always bring in a breathlayzer expert which is bs and juice his clients for all he can. He's a horrible lawyer and i wouldn't reeccomend him to anyone
