Vincent is a great man, great communication throughout my case and he provided all necessary updates with me, fortunately finally he was able to remove points from my ticket, highly recommended if you have a CDL tickets.

Hired through the app Off The Record. Unfortunately, it was not kept off the record and I was found guilty of a traffic violation & 2 other citations to tune of approximately $800. You get what you pay for I guess. I could have just paid the fines myself 9 months ago and saved some money while doing traffic school. Seems liked a lot of copy paste messages and not a lot of effort went into keeping me informed. Very uncommunicative. I had to keep contacting him to find out how my case was going. He eventually stopped responding and never finished handling the issue. No explanation. Very unprofessional.
