Absolutely A1 on communication and taking time to listen and actually be a human and not brush off a person like they’re another client, If you want someone who is going to make sure that you get to see the right doctors and get the care that you need and not feel like your being rushed out of a facility after you’ve been waiting 20 30 minutes in a waiting room when you appointment was supposed to happen already , then I would highly highly highly recommend you work with Vincent
