I personally like Tracy, and she is knowledgeable in how trusts and estates work, but that is all I would recommend her for. They made me feel as if I were lying or being deceitful in some way while family attempted to railroad me. They made me feel as if I should just rubber-stamp everything to make it easier for them, even though I could prove coercion and duress. I live in San Diego and my aunt left me her house in Arlington. I just blindly found Tracy on the internet and after talking with her I hired her. There were people squatting in the house and she handled everything for me. She filed the eviction notices, served it personally to one of the squatters, and even went out with the Marshall on the day of eviction.
