Timothy was very lazy, and only wanted the flat fee for the green card. We went with him with a valid case of possible citizenship, but he was not educated on it, and gave up after about 3 minutes than try to sell us on his multi thousand dollar flat fee for the green card process. If you want a pencil pusher to fill out your forms for you, than you're in the right place, but anything beyond that, just do yourself a favor and don't even begin to ask him for help.
