I asked to help in a civil suit 2 years ago now. I paid him 1500 down and then he needed another 1500 for an investigator to serve her papers last year. He hasn't even filed any court papers. He has failed to respond with any information, he does not return any calls, emails or posts to his website. He does not act in good faith. Terrible.
