he failed to fight for me. got me ard when i take a prescription medication legally methadone dui should of been thrown away instead lost licsense and promised it wouldn't be on my record it is . he failed to mention to the judge i'm prescribed medication he insisted i take ard program i didn't want .
on behalf of someone else, their experience with this lawyer was dreadful. Upon hire, he was paid a retainer to hold the spot as a client until the upcoming court date. Maybe 2 or 3 phone calls if that were had between himself and Joe in a 3 month time frame. Unprofessional I hired Joe and he didn’t come to two of my court dates. It’s either I wasn’t on his schedule or ect. I’ve never in my history of having to obtain a lawyer had this happen to me if I could give zero stars I will. After paying 2500 dollars for. Service that wasn’t even completed. While at court a judge even said that what he did wasn’t right. I basically represented myself doing all the foot work and getting things done and be proactive for myself. Posting on behalf of someone else who fears retaliation. This man is ARROGANT, OVERPRICED AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER! The person is my ex and her experience with this disgrace of a human was abysmal at best. He took her paperwork, threw her to the wolves and did more to help the people she was suing than her. He deserves to be disbarred and rot in a jail cell
