I retained the firm’s services through a recommendation. Meet with attorney William Hardesty. Mr. Hardesty was knowledgeable and kept in touch regarding a debt issue. Unfortunately, he stopped returning my calls and kept my retainer with no explanation. Just weird and unprofessional.
I can't speak for the rest of them, but Nancy wasn't at all helpful with my issue. She asked me 2 questions before saying she couldn't help me... Am I in Will County & did I pay off my debt (which isn't even owed) best of luck spending your hard earned money at this law firm.
Very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to, listens to goals and concerns. Very client oriented. Addresses questions and explains things well. We've been very satisfied working with Theresa.
