Not sure about all these positive reviews and no 'cons'. Maybe Svetlana does a great job for first-time home buyers or people, who do not know the field. I feel she sometimes acts just as a messenger between the client and the other party's attorney and does not really protect her client's interests. Maybe it depends on the severity and importance of a particular issue. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of her since she is a busy person.
I can’t recommend Svetlana enough! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and tough. Even after breaking her hand, she never slowed down and kept working hard on my case. She’s always there to answer questions and make sure everything’s moving forward. If you need an attorney who knows her stuff and will fight for you, Svetlana, is the one to call!
