I called to get information (because of the riveting reviews on Google) and Steven picked up and did not seem very professional. He told me he normally charges $1500 for a home closing but would charge us $1700 because he did not like to work the mortgage company we are using. I’ve called around and got other quotes that are significantly lower and the office personnel are more professional.
