Represent yourself! The worse of the worse Please, spare yourself the grief and don't hire this fool. Spend your money with a reputable lawyer. If you have to spend a little extra money on an attorney do so, because in the long run, STEVEN J. MOODY will have you going to jail. He is a slouch and a drunk. He is never prepared for his cases and never responds to phone calls. FYI: He is not, I repeat he is not a defense attorney!!!!!

Lack of class and grace 1. Moody will almost never answer his phone when called. He will often times have a full voicemail which shows how many other people he is not answering the phone with. 2. Moody was paid in advance for a case and continued to take his time and also did not alert the individual he was representing of court dates and hearing. Often times he did not appear in court and would then apologize for missing but not providing whereabouts or stating prior to court date that he wouldn't be able to attend. This wo... read more

Stay Far Away If zero stars were an option that is what he would receive with a promotion. This lazy attorney does not return phone calls, loves to be in the spotlight and takes advantage of the under represented.
