Mr Benke represented me throughout my divorce and the process of selling my house afterwards. If I could give a zero to Lisa at this law firm I would not only did she state I hired her for something I did not need help with or ask for but she lied to me and I paid her to do absolutely nothing for me in one of my toughest situations back. I've asked to speak to the head of this law firm and have not received any calls or emails back from anyone that is upper management. Very disappointing my appointed attorney did more for me!

I hired Lisa Solis for my divorce and I would not recommend her services. After 18 months, my case was still not finalized, and I did not feel adequately informed or supported throughout the process. It was financially taxing. I ended up retaining new counsel.

We did not end up hiring Mr Benke because he was a little out of our price range but I can tell you after one consultation with him, I would definitely recommend. He offered me some advice free of charge and was kind and compassionate during our entire conversation even when I told him we couldn’t afford the full retainer. He could have ended the conversation then but he didn’t. He was incredibly reassuring. I’ve worked with alot of attorneys and I can tell this guy is worth your money!
