A very smart, responsive, caring attorney. I would never use another attorney without consulting with Stephen Otto first. Stephen Otto is someone that will take a self interest in your case as if it was for himself. A tremendous attorney, and one of the good guys !

Do not go to this attorney. He is a liar and a scammer. I used him in my bankruptcy and he failed to give me all the proper info. Now I'm in legal battles with the borough. When I called to discuss the issues I have he refused to help and told me to sue him. Boycott this guy he doesn't really care about you
