Very rude. Prematurely hung up on me because he assumed I was trying to sell him something. I actually work for a multi-million dollar marketing and consulting company, that was inquiring about hiring his services. I called back and he informally apologized and asked what I was calling for, I informed him we were inquiring about hiring an attorney for a monthly retainer but after such service we were no longer interested.
