I called for a consultation about my medical malpractice case. They didn’t even hear my full case story and turned me down but not just that I’m tryna understand what the assistant was explaining to me. She goes on to say that the attorney will not take any cases that is past the 1 year limit. That I had 1 year to file after the date the injury occurred.
