Despues de investigar y visitar varios abogados tuve la suerte de consultar con la abogada Silvia Mintz y gracias a sus buenas gestiones y sugerencias hoy recibo mi tarjeta de Residente Permanente. La super recomiendo.
Would not recommend. She served as a mediator during a divorce case and she sided/defended the female without knowing the situation or circumstances. She is supposed to maintain a neutral/unbiased position and she did not. Among other comments, she asked the male why he was renting a hotel room for the mediation meeting if he did not want to pay more child support, claiming and assuming that if he had money for a hotel, he should give the ex-wife more money. Look elsewhere if you want an ethical mediator.
