Thank you for taking care of me--then never hearing from you again for nearly a year to charge me for services I didn't hire you for--that would BE my stepmother. I DID NOT hire you so WHY are you BILLING ME? Then you don't answer messages and your secretary is quite rude and hangs up on people who are just wanting answers. If that is your idea of professional service, you need to find a new career.
