**UPDATE** Your assistant Lee told us that the last ticket would be included in the hearing and his "translator" Alejandro repeated it in Spanish. The least you could have done was offered to represent us again at the DMV hearing, should our new lawyer fail, FREE of any additional charge. These people took our money and gave us legal advice that left us in the exact same spot as when we started.
