Your customer service is so rude. I called to make an appointment but she was so aggressive then I cancelled it.
In August of 2023 I was faced with an extremely difficult situation with my ex in a custody battle and desperately needed guidance on what to do. I was involved in a case robin took on, and I couldn't be more thankful she did. She was very informative and helpful when I told her I have never testified before. She went above and beyond to make sure her client got a fair ruling in a ridiculous, stressful and hard case. 100% would recommend her.
After consulting with Robin Krane; I verbally agreed to hire her. She took my payment information and charged my card (after I told her I decided to go another direction) before sending me her contract to sign. After reviewing her contract I felt that she was the wrong attorney for me and sent her 2 notes with my decision. She retained 500.00 for chatting with me for 32 mins. I fully expected her to charge me for the call but certainly not 500.00. Think twice and read her contract closely.
Robin was very caring and responsive to to my wants and needs during my divorce.
