I am appalled by my initial phone call to try to make an appointment with Attorney Kiel. I called the office to specifically make a consultation with Attorney Kiel, the man that answered the phone had broken english which was fine, I could understand him perfectly, but I don’t think he could understand me. Robert Kiel and his team are amazing! It can be very frustrating while waiting to hear. They always listened called me back and helped my husband get approved. I have very little patience and they kept telling me to be patient. The patience worked. We are just awaiting final things but i have complete faith in Robert and his team. Highly recommend them!
The team at The Law Office of Robert Kiel is above average at best!!! I have been working with them for several years and they have always been consistently supportive and encouraging of my case….. I was approved for my disability but I was owed back pay and they were insistent that I get what I worked for and deserved! After many “hiccups” in the case, they never gave up!
