I was told to send an email, with my questions, and Robert Hales would reply but week after week I continually have to request a response. When I finally get a reply, not all the questions have been answered and even worse...I receive a response that ends with "I THINK" If you don't want to have to beg to get a response from this firm, then hire them, otherwise go anywhere else!
My family has had a long history with the Hales/Nelson law firm. Our parents and now the next generation have been helped over and over. The professionalism of everyone at this office has always been beyond helpful to all of us. We are very thankful to them all.
