Richard, and his staff, are very nice and personable. He had a top notch investigator that did excellent work. Despite the exculpatory evidence uncovered before trial, and there was a ton of it, Richard was absolutely incompetent and clueless when trial rolled around. Didn't properly prepare for ANY witness at trial, even his OWN. His cross examination questions were "amateur hour" and completely worthless.
