I can't believe that Richard Poland is a attorney. What a joke. The sad part is my father is a 60 year old man. My dad was arrested for the possession of medical marijuana. Terrible Attorney – The worst attorney that money can buy. Any reviews that you read that are positive are probaly reviews that Poland wrote about himself. He ripped off my husband 0ver $30,000. My husband was sentenced to 15 years. I should of read the other bad reviews I read about him before me and my husband hired this guy. Poland needs to work behind the desk and answer phones. May 09, I had the misfortune of being charged with a DUI and misfortune of hiring Richard Poland as my attorney. DUI is a very serious offence, but I thought I got lucky since my blood test showed blood alcohol level of .06, and I thought I would walk. Unfortunately the ambitious DA at the Compton court decided to go after me, since my field breath tests showed .078 and .082 (one over one under with .08 being the legal limit. ).
