I don't really understand the bad reviews at all. I had a totally different experience with Richard. We first meet because I needed his help with my tenant. My tenant was violating his lease and was being cited by the City of Long Beach numerous times and the tenant told me that he had hired Richard to represent him in a lawsuit against the City of Long Beach. Additionally, his many years of practice have rendered him not only knowledgeable of the law itself, but of local courts, including the DA’s and judges that work in them.
