Nice guy BUT BIG CHEAT & LIAR!!! We do not recommend Mr Pepsny; but if you use him you better get EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!!! We were referred to Mr Pepsny by Joe Oz of Keller William (another unreliable liar) for the sale of our home. Joe advised us that the closing cost would be $850. We thought this was a little high but Joe Oz said that if I did not use Mr Pepsny that he would not be able to assist if anything went wrong with my closing.
