Richard Deck is the worst lawyer. He is never available, We had to do our own investigation! We had to do his job and still pay him. We had to have him removed from our case because he simply would not work on the case. If I could rate lower I would! Strongly suggest to not hire him and his wife only know how to get money but no work ever gets done. His staff is so rude and under qualified. The receptionist tried to make us sign papers without even letting us read anything. Very unprofessional. Save your time and money!
