I paid her $1500.00 upfront for bankruptcy. She never told me if I changed my mind about doing bankruptcy I would not get my money back. I did not give her a bunch of papers.I did not sign papers. I feel she did not do a lot of work for me. But she wouldn't even give me some of my money back. I didn't care that I didn't get all of it back but I felt she should have given me some of the money back. I changed my mind because I am separated from my husband and my name is on the deed. Honestly I was apprehensive to hire Rhonda when I saw she had a 1 star review, but it clearly was from someone that was disgruntled or a competitor. She was so easy to work with. She was upfront about her fees, nothing hidden. I didn't even really need to speak to her throughout the process. Everything was handled digitally and was so convenient.
