This lawyer was appointed to my daughter by judge Anemone for my child custody case as her BIA. I wasn’t given a list of BIAs to choose from, I was told it was this one. She interviewed me over the phone, my ex husband over the phone and my daughter in person. Six months later we ended up going to court and she never did any other questioning. Rebekah Bell was appointed as the BIA in my stepdaughter’s custody case. She interviewed her once over a six-month period. At the time, my wife’s ex-husband had temporary custody suspended due to substance abuse. Months later, he called the police claiming his daughter was missing. We had the misfortune of Ms. Bell representing our 3 daughters in a very messy custody battle. As their attorney of over a year she spoke with them only twice. An initial meeting via zoom (which she later reported she believed the children did not have privacy during said meeting) and once in person (where the children reported they were kicking each other under table to remind each other what they had been told to say).
