Ms Pragati required a $350 non-refundable retainer to represent me during the sale of my house. The retainer was signed and sent to her along with the Buyer's contract on Friday afternoon. At 9am Monday the Buyer withdrew and I notified Ms Pragati. She claimed to have spent time reading a basic one page contract and to have sent a communication back to the Buyer's attorney either on Friday or that weekend but did not cc me or my realtor.
