I found Mr Scribner to be very professional, attentive to detail and friendly. At first I was a little nervous not knowing if I was hearing everything he needed from me but then realized that all the information we had discussed would be sent to me in an email after each visit. Pete did a wonderful job with my bankruptcy years ago and I highly recommend him to anyone going through a business bankruptcy or personal. He took care of annoying debt collectors even after we went to court to get the debt discharged. Just take off your shoes upon entering the office is all he asks. Also the office is discrete behind a bunch of bushes for these delicate matters which was nice since bankruptcy is not fun and most people would appreciate taking care of financial business with dignity. When we first met with peter he was nice and very knowledgeable about the bankruptcy field. He knew the ins and outs and what we needed to do to be successful. After we finally filed (aka he got paid) he dropped off the face of the earth. He showed up 30 seconds before the court hearing leaving us sitting there scared he wasn’t going to show, then after the 341 meeting he has done nothing but ignore our calls, emails, emails/calls from our mortgage company, then finally after 4 weeks he answered my husbands call.
