He destroyed records with no notice to me ahead of time just to the court. I am literally waiting until the exact time needed for my QDRO to expire to go back out… which is 20 years… and he has destroyed records… and while waiting nearly years is petty my ex moved money that I was entitled to almost immediately after I got the order to take my share… so why wouldn’t I wait to enforce the QDRO and stick him with 20 years of market gains… I didn’t need the money then and I don’t need it now but I am entitled to it… My phone nu... read more
He was so disappointing..he never acted like he cared abt my case, idk if it was bcuz I didn't have a lot of $ or he's getting old- who knows but basically I could have gotten more from my divorce aggreement..he would email me weeks after I had a question and be on a completely different subject..he walked past me in the hallway at court telling my husband at the time and his lawyer I wasn't there yet- so embarrassing..that shows me how invested he was..even had the nerve to send me $200 bill after it was all said and done -... read more
