We can't say enough great things about Mr. Hoffman. We contacted Mr. Hoffman when we started receiving excessive push back from our school district for our son's educational needs. He was compassionate and helped us to navigate a very difficult situation. He actively advised us on actions from general communication through navigating the situation in the big picture. In short, we could not have achieved success without the advice and support of Mr. Hoffman.
He asked if I was available to meet over the weekend, I said yes. The next day, he emails me saying he is online. I emailed him back 10 minutes later asking if I could summarize my situation over email. He responds by saying he will not take my case because I kept him waiting on Zoom for 15 minutes. Apparently, he believed that he sent me an email last night of the Zoom link, but I never received it. He is extremely rude and I would avoid him.
