Horrible!!! I wish I could give him 0 stars! He sat on my paperwork for almost a year and then when it was finally sent in, my DOB and SS# was entered incorrectly. I am now having to jump through hoops to fix it with NY state. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to my worst enemy.
