My husband and I had a great experience creating our estate documents with Penni. She is very knowledgeable and has great ideas on what to do with your estate. She was very patient as she prepared and changed documents for us over the course of several months. I would highly recommend her.
My husband and I worked with Penni to get our trust established. We are a younger couple and new to this process, but Penni was very patient and explained anything we had questions on. She also gave us advice on establishing an LLC for our rental property. Some reviews mentioned rudeness, but that was not my experience. She is direct which I think can be misinterpreted.
