Penniann, did a great job setting up our trust. Knowledgeable and informed about all of intricacies of Utah law she made the process easy. She had an answer for every question and explained the trust in layman's terms which made for an easier understanding of the trust. See Penniann for your legal needs in Estate and Elder Law, you won't find a stronger more knowledgeable lawyer and advocate in the field. as a side note she only has an office in Sugarhouse and does not have office in Park City, despite what google says.
