I had a miserable experience with this firm after hiring them to assist me with a Family Trust naming me as the sole successor trustee. The Trust was missing the Instructions for Distribution pages. It took a year and a half to settle this case. I felt bullied and John did not look out for my best interests. Some of his actions (and inaction) bordered on being unethical. For several months, I was having an issue with a bank about a PoA for my mom that was done by mobile notary. The bank was playing games and not telling me what the issue was with the PoA. My last resort was to hire an attorney and my brother and I met Amanda for the first time in June of 2024.
