This lawyer had my brother’s case as well. My brother Filed a grievance against him and the court ignored him. He is most definitely for the courts. He didn’t listen to anything that his client was saying to him. He even said and I quote “alibis can’t be alibis” when he had multiple witnesses in his case. So far, my experience with this attorney has been very disappointing. I sent an email on December 22, 2025 and to date no response has been received. I called his office several times but to no avail. Why take a case and not be there for your client. Is that the same representation Mr Carty would seek?!
